Getting Started

Volunteers are vital to our mission.
New volunteers must attend one 55-minute volunteer orientation, before volunteering for the first time.
Here's how you can get started:
- Submit a Volunteer Information Form
- Attend an Orientation (see below)
Holiday Meal Program

Hundreds of volunteers are needed on each of three major holidays:
Easter Sunday | Thanksgiving Day | Christmas Day
The Holiday Meal Program includes two main roles for volunteers to choose from:

-

-

Food Line & Support
Role
Food-Line Helpers are responsible for (1) of the following:
-

Placemats
Each of our holiday meals come with an adorable placemat that is artfully crafted by a kiddo. We always need about 4,000 placemats for each holiday.
Each placemat is like a hug that goes with the meal, and are usually taped to our seniors' fridges! And now, we're accepting cards for our seniors, too!
